Aimee joined the team on Bramble during the pandemic at a very difficult time of much change for the unit and team as whole. She is a breath of fresh air, always has a smile and a welcome to anyone that she comes into contact with and exudes compassion and patience often with the most emotionally demanding patients. She is enthusiastic, kind and nothing is to much trouble for her for her patients and fellow team members. She is a real team player and is an exemplary member of the HCA team, upholding the trust and HCA code of conducts / values to such a high standard. Her patience and compassion for teenagers in Acute Mental health crisis and professional care she provides them is nomination worthy alone. Caring for these patients well and advocating for them takes great skill and Aimee does it with ease. A well deserved nomination. The most friendly face (even behind a mask)! So loving and caring and always willing to help. No job is too much to ask. Aimee can brighten up any shift such a ray of sunshine to be around! Her lovely nature is always recognise by patients and so very appreciated! |
