| Emma is a fantastic nursery nurse who has excellent clinical judgement and a lovely bedside manner. She is approachable and supportive to all colleagues. She is kind and compassionate to all the TCW and NICU families she is involved with. She always escalates her concerns appropriately and is a fantastic support to the team. She is a pleasure to work with and I was always pleased to come in and see Emma on shift.
