| Paula demonstrates outstanding care to her patients and their families. Her role is split between paediatrics and maternity, and she offers an exceptional service to all families. She is a font of knowledge on breastfeeding, and will often be called upon by nursing and medical staff to review and support a patient, which always leads to an excellent outcome. She truly inspires all of the families and staff who are lucky enough to come into contact with her, and always ensures the families she works with are treated with empathy, dignity and compassion, respecting their right to confidentiality also.
