Exceptional team who work superbly with each other and the wider MDT.
Although a tricky year to adapt to changes the service has carried on to strive to provide infants and families the best care.

The transport team continues to provide excellent, safe care to babies and their families, ensuring babies are taken care of in the most appropriate place for their current needs. Despite major changes to the structure of the transport network, the small but perfect team, sensitively provide the upmost care at often the most difficult times whilst supporting and building relationships across units

Great supportive team. Despite many recent changes the team always work hard to provide the best care for their babies. Support each other, I feel the transport team go above and beyond on many occasions. We are lucky enough to have a wonderful team lead in Helen Darby.
