This year I had the opportunity to work alongside and as part of this team of nurses, hcas and doctors. They are really supportive of each other, taking the time to make sure a colleague is okay after a difficult shift, to taking an experience and using it as a way to learn and progress. They look at ways to boost morale, to support well-being, and help others to learn the specific skills and knowledge for their areas.
