Torbay scbu has seen many changes over the last year however despite this that have stayed unite as a team and continue to support, uphold and care for one another so well to ensure one another are coping and managing. They continue to provide high quality care and whilst not always under the easiest of circumstances they strive to support one another to ensure families and babies they care for are of their main priority.

Some of the team work tirelessly to ensure change and improvements are still underway, they commit a lot of time out of their working hours to give back to the unit.they believe in the unit, the staff and the families they care for. Recently setting up a staff council has enabled changes to be made to provide better parent facility on the unit. The team strive for scbu torbay to be the best it can be
