I cannot begin to describe how much heart this team has.
The children and young people under their care are so incredibly fortunate to have this whole team behind them. Their wealth of experience (I won’t hazard to guess how many collective years!) leads to safe and effective cancer care, but moreover it leads to meaningful lives, hope, comfort and compassionate care.
They value, respect and encourage an MDT approach and actively educate and engage the wider nursing and medical team.
They are available at all hours in the day and the families they look after are so grateful for their support.
