Carly is a very much valued member of the oncology team,her nursing skills are excellent, I have watched Carly blossom into an extremely confident Nurse , she has excelled in her role as an Oncology Nurse her knowledge is advancing all the time ,she is keen to learn and make things better for our ward and her patients, she is keen to get everyone trained up to be fully confident in their role looking after oncology patients in order that they are given the best care possible , you can ask Carly anything and she doesn’t make you feel the question is silly , the patients love Carly’s care free attitude and fun way of life, but she can also come across as very empathetic as well, she gives good support to her Colleagues and it’s a joy to see how well she has embraced this role ,she deserves recognition for her role and the patients and parents are very lucky to have her
