Louisa where do I start, you are just fabulous! I remember when I qualified you were always more than happy to educate me and support me from the start. I thought you were excellent a true role model and to this day I still believe that. You go above and beyond for your patients, you can tell they absolutely adore you. You are always having a laugh with your patients and colleagues, knowing you are on everyone knows it’s going to be a good shift. The quality care, compassion and advocacy you show to your patients is never ending. As well as your colleagues you strive to support the wider MDT team to ensure the best care is given with dignity as well as supporting the rights of our patients. Louisa, you are amazing.
