Tracey is an amazing role model to not only the team but also to parents. She is 100% genuine and has a unique ability to connect with people regardless of where they’ve come from. In difficult situations where people are being unkind, Tracey will always step up and defend those who are being treated unfairly, but with kindness and compassion always at the forefront. She is a wonderful teacher but her lessons also come by watching her work. We should all be more Tracey.
