Charlotte is an amazing nurse with outstanding skills and knowledge for her experience. Her ability to assess children and implement initial care plans autonomously is above and beyond the expectation of a nurse of her experience. She is incredibly efficient and always proactively provides care in a timely manor for children and there families. Her ability to recognise and escalate unwell children is exceptional. She always has a focus on best patient care in any interaction she has with young people and the care they receive is fantastic. She is a fantastic part of our team, she is considerate and compassionate to colleagues and works fantastically as part of a MDT, advocating for her patients as necessary. She is an inspiration to nurses of all levels.

Charlotte is an amazing nurse who has skills and knowledge beyond her 2 years of nursing practice. She can handle anything that is handed to her and comes out always smiling and willing to continue her hard work. She is an asset to the team, and the care she gives to patients is always outstanding and compassionate.
When Charlotte is working, she makes the team feel at ease. She is someone who has achieved so much and continues to do so.
