Laura is a lovely nurse who follows all policies and procedures to a T. She is great to showing and teaching another about the guidelines such as the sepsis pathway. She will explain to parents about different conditions in detail, ensuring they are happy to go home and talking to doctors about concerns. She is great with all the children and young people who come into ED, always smiling.
