Liz has worked on Wildgoose ward for many years and is a great sister on the ward she has fantastic management skills and always puts a 100% into everything she does. She remains calm through difficult times and is always supportive of her colleagues. She constantly strives to improve herself and other around her and has recently taken on the role as an allergy nurse alongside still working clinically on the ward. this has been a huge challenge and she has worked incredibly hard and this is reflected in the difference she makes to patients and their families . Liz is an excellent teacher to junior members of the team and is a great role model. She remains professional throughout and always aims to please. Well done Liz you deserve credit for all your hard work , juggling the two roles has had its challenges.
