Zoe’s years of experience makes her an inspiration to anyone who works with her.

Zoe is passionate about providing the highest standard of care to her patients and their families and goes above and beyond.

Zoe is passionate about team work and the introduction of her “”coffee and chat”” sessions have enabled the team to meet on a monthly basis to share ideas and raise concerns within a safe space. This has been positively received by the team and Zoe is always looking at ways to build morale, team spirit and the CAU service. Zoe has now established her band 6 role and is confident in all she achieves. Zoe always comes to work with great positivity and a smile that is infectious to anyone who works with her.

Zoe’s years of experience on CAU enables her to support the junior nursing team, student nurses and our junior medical team allowing them to seek advice if needed. Zoe is all about team work and helping each other out, she is a great advocate in supporting ED or the wards as needed and nothing is ever too much to ask. She is supportive and approachable and will always listen to staff concerns or worries. Her knowledge and skills are next to none and everyone should have a Zoe on their team!!

Zoe is a valued member of the CAU team who will go above and beyond for patients, families and colleagues. She is what paediatric nursing is all about and an exceptional role model, it is a privileged to work with her.
