Paul is a high band 5 who on some occasions recently has been the nurse in charge. Within this role Paul has been excellent, always asking if everyone is okay and supporting his colleagues as well as the wider MDT. Paul is always happy to answer any questions that myself and others have and willing to educate others. Paul is an all round lovely person who brings happiness and laughter to every shift no matter what. When Paul has his own workload of patients he shows great compassion and advocacy to the children and young people he looks after as well as their families. Paul you are superb, keep doing what you are doing.
