Lauren is a wonderful nurse. She not only works tirelessly for her patients, she supports her entire team too. She is infectiously happy and kind, brightening every shift you do with her! Lauren is doing an incredible job in the sister role and takes on every challenge thrown at her. Lauren is knowledgeable, driven and kind. Wildgoose is lucky to have her!

Lauren recently got promoted to a band 6. Lauren has no idea how amazing she is, not only with the patients and their families, but keeping staff morale up is something Lauren is amazing at. Lauren always shows up with a smile on her face, ready to tackle the day/night and very rarely has any complaints. I for one, appreciate everything lauren does for the ward and am so proud of how she has taken on her new role. Well done lauren.
