Shaun is an excellent nurse to work with especially on busy PAU shifts. He is always cheerful, a team player and happy to help with any task no matter how small. He has an excellent manner with patients and families and I am always grateful for his excellent distraction techniques when performing procedures, or helping to de-escalate patients who are having challenging behaviour. He is a pleasure to work with, communicates well with the whole team and has taught me so much in my first 7 months of paediatrics. He often anticipates my plans and is always ready to help patients get the most efficient care possible.
