Jas you are such a fab nurse, always supporting your colleagues and the wider MDT team. You very much deserve the recognition of your excellent care and compassion that you bring to your job. Helping many families and children in every way that you can. Since being newly qualified two years ago I knew I could count on you for a helping hand whenever I needed it, especially when you are the nurse in charge. Whenever you are on shift I know it’s going to be a good one. The skills and knowledge you have in all aspects in nursing is phenomenal, from working in oncology, HDU and the general ward. You are an amazing teacher to all and will always help with any questions that I have as well as the wider MDT has. The way you advocate for your patients is astounding, always doing the best you can and not stopping until you achieve that. Jas you are amazing, keep being you.
