Tanya is always putting everyone first before herself. When you are on shift, she knows when her team needs extra help and she will be there on time, everytime to give that helping hand. Tanya is always striving for the best team, and knows how to ensure all aspects of care across the unit is achieved on a shift. Tanya is great with families and providing the best care for their infants. She is always pleasant to be around, and never fails to make us laugh. Tanya is a valued member of the NICU team.
