Becky is the kindest, most conscientious and patient nurse! Not only is she a fantastic advocate for the patients and families within her care, ensuring the highest quality nursing care is provided at all times, she is hugely supportive of all colleagues across the team.

Her qualities are perfect for her role as a neonatal clinical skills facilitator, which she does so brilliantly. She constantly strives to provide high quality, evidenced based education and support for anyone within the team. Becky has a wealth of knowledge and is always keen for a discussion, utilising shared learning across the multi-disciplinary team.

Her patience and listening ears really come into play with her provision of restorative clinical supervision. This is a valuable skill which we are lucky to have directly on the unit, which Becky provides at all times and without question, to suit the needs of the individual.

Becky, you are a wonderful role model and an inspiration in showing just how much you we achieve within our roles!

Becky is a truly excellent nurse. Becky has recently got an educational role on NNU and has excelled in this role already. She is passionate about education and imparting her skills and knowledge. When Becky is working clinically she provides exemplary care to babies and families. She is a joy to work with and extremely hard working.
