We are very lucky to work alongside Joy, she is an all round excellent nurse. Approachable, always willing to help and with her long service in NICU a great clinical teacher and supporter especially to new QIS nurses as well as the not so new. Joy takes pride in every aspect of her work and teaches the same work ethic, we all learn lots from her, she provides the best individualised care to our vulnerable babies and creates special memories for our families. Joy does everything with a smile on her face and has an infectious laugh. Loved and appreciated by both staff and families
