Daniel is full of knowledge and great at teaching an A-E assessment for CYP, he will explain to staff about the assessment and key parts. He will demonstrate leadership skills by running the department, ensuring staff are well looked after. He does daily huddles with staff and make sure he has eye balled all the patients. He gives parents lots of advise and reassures, he is also caring with all the CYP he looks after.

Daniel is an extraordinary incredible band 6, from supporting the whole team. His brain is full of all kinds of knowledge and if he doesn’t know it then he is researching it. He wants to add to his own knowledge and shares with all.those around him.
He is great at reflecting on his practice and easy to speak to when you want to reflect on your own. He will teach staff and trys his hardest to ensure that every child feels looked after and the family. He always smiling and advocating for all his patients, he just check ins with people. He is a great leader of the team and really trys to make a safe positive environment in paeds and has a positive attitude to everything. He will always look something up and make sure he knows why he doing something. Dan is a team player who communicates well with others and stieves for excellence in everything he does.
