It’s no secret to what an amazing nurse Glenda is, and how valued she is by all the members of nursing and medical team on the neonatal unit. Not only is she great with families but she’s always opening to teaching her colleagues and we all can learn so much from her. She is always willing to support the medical team with difficult cannulations or long line insertions and is a reassuring presence for everyone when things are challenging. A great team player and fun to work with.
