Sherryl is an exemplary neonatal nurse. She is hard-working, kind and compassionate. She strives to always improve her knowledge and practice and it has been a pleasure to see her progress from a new starter to a QIS nurse. Sherryl has a wonderful bedside manner, calm and gentle with babies and families. She is humble and often does not realise how incredible she is and it is always a pleasure to work a shift with her, knowing that her support is invaluable. I know I can count on Sherryl’s competence in emergency situations. Sherryl is a massive advocate for babies and families and upholds high standards of care in everything that she does.
