Courtney is always very supportive. She is the best role model because she is always calm and composed when a patient becomes unwell or when there is a crisis. She is great at listening to the patients, the parents and her colleagues. Courtney is always keen to teach new skills and is there to refresh any training if you haven’t performed a skill in a while.

Courtney is one of the sisters in chdu. She is compassionate in her work and supports and cares for the patients in her care. She is great at teaching skills relevant to her area of work in a supportive way that allows for a good learning experience. She is friendly and approachable; and explains how to do things in an easily understandable way. She is supportive of her fellow colleagues and team
