Molly is such a wonderful nurse. She makes sure that every aspect of nursing care is done to a high standard. She is amazing with the patients she cares for aswell as their families. Molly doubts herself sometimes but she really doesn’t need to. She is a wonderful colleague to be around and always is forever lifting spirits across the unit. Molly is amazing with teaching and helping others. She calm and collective and really is a valued member of the NICU team.
