She is always such a joy to work with and always bringing her fun silly energy to get us through tough shifts. She has been taking on new challenges like being in charge and is developing so well. She has also done a lot towards getting us training to help with managing children that pass away which I appreciate a lot. She is a great model for the new nurses coming through.

Alisha continues to work hard every shift and approaches every child with care/compassion and calmness. She enables an environment for junior nurses to learn and she provides an amazing support network. She has been such a positive part of the newly qualified journey 🙂
