Izzy is an all round brilliant nurse and Band 6. She is calm and professional when in charge and so supportive and approachable to staff.
She is a skilled nurse who gives excellent care to her patients and their families and is a wonderful role model and teacher to both students and other members of staff. Thank you for all you do Izzy – Bramble is very lucky to have you!

Issy is such a caring and compassionate Band 6 nurse. You know when she is on shift, you’re in safe hands. Whether she is in charge or has her own patient case load upon the ward or in HDU, she is always so happy, smiling and a dedicated team member. Issy shows such organisational skills and has a caring nature. She is the most approachable person, even when flat out herself. Issy has a way of making everyone feel important and special without trying. She advocates not only for patients and families but for all her colleagues, she is always visible when in charge and ensures she checks on the whole team. Issy strives for individualised care and ensure that carries on not only for patients and families but for her colleagues. She is a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to talk over things and teach to ensure that other team members enhance their knowledge too.

Issy you are an asset to bramble team. You are a fab band 6, who is always attending to everyone’s needs whether that is patients or your colleagues. It is always a good shift when you are on. Always making sure everyone gets breaks. Supporting the wider MDT team and allowing your amazing knowledge and skills to be able to teach and educating us. No question is ever a stupid question when asking you. When you are not the nurse in charge it is lovely to see you have your own work load and care for the patients with so much compassion. Always doing the best you can and advocating for your patients. Putting patient centred care at the heart of nursing.

Izzy is an amazing sister on Bramble. She ensures all members of the team in all areas of bramble are supported. She offers support and assistance to all of the team during shifts. Izzy is always present and visible to us all on a shift.

Izzy ensures shifts are run as smoothly, safely and fairly as possible.

Izzy is always happy to share her skills and support team members in teaching where possible.

Izzy is an incredible sister and we are so lucky to have her working on bramble with us.
