Claire has years of experience on CAU and is an excellent knowledgeable member of the CAU band 6 team. Claire is always there to support the nursing team, junior medical team and student nurses starting on the unit. She will go above and beyond for all her patients, families and colleagues and is always looking at ways to make positive changes and improvements on the unit. Claire is a excellent team player and will always help where she can and will recognise when colleagues/students are struggling and provide support.
