Anita is such a role model with her care and dedication to supporting her families and patients she cares for. She always goes the extra mile to make sure things are done for the families, being an advocate for their needs and helping them through difficult times. Anita has amazing insight into safeguarding and will always think about what’s best for the children and young people and share her concerns when appropriate. Anita has been such a good role model to the students and new staff members, supporting them through their journey of working on the ward and helping others to develop.
