Amy is a role model to everyone around her. She is a compassionate, kind, bubbly, professional positive member of the team who gives 1000% to everything she does. Not only is she an advocate for her patients, their families and each nurse within the team, she is also a hard working lead for the student team. She takes exceptional pride in her work, nurturing and teaching students in a caring manner whilst ensuring the most up to date opportunities are available to those who have a placement within the neonatal unit.

On top of supporting the students, Amy is also the ‘Pump Queen’! Making sure we are all up to date with the equipment we use on the unit and is always available for teaching sessions! Amy has a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share this. She is patient and supportive, an excellent leader in all situations!
