Sarah is an excellent neonatal nurse. She is a passionate advocate for her patients, families and colleagues. She provides holistic and compassionate care. Sarah gives amazing teaching on breast milk to both the nursing and medical teams. This has helped me personally to have the knowledge when giving feeding advice to parents and being able to signpost to resources. She always provides family centred care. She is excellent support in an emergency on the unit or during admissions. I am always pleased to see Sarah in charge and know the shift will run smoothly.
