Chelle is an exceptional nurse, I always enjoy working alongside her. Chelle has so much knowledge and is always pushing herself to develop further. Nothing is ever too much for Chelle, she always supports all members of the team and is happy to support whenever and wherever she can. Chelle always advocates for her patients and their families. She is great with all of our patients and always gives outstanding care to them all. Chelle supports the students and newly qualified nurses within the ward and is always happy to help them develop and grow. Chelle is an amazing nurse and a great member of the team.
Chelle is an absolute joy to work with, over the last few years she has gained in confidence in her clinical skills and is an excellent nurse. She always gives the best care she can give, and the patients love her and can always hear her laughing and joking with the patients and putting a smile on their faces. Not only does Chelle strive to improve on her own skills as a nurse, but strives to improve those around her and ensuring that they are doing things correctly. She has shocked herself recently with how much knowledge she has, when teaching students and newly qualified nurses and her joy of teaching shines through! Chelle is a wonderful team player, always on hand to help those around her and has such a positive impact on the team as a whole. Chelle is a wonderful nurse, and a pleasure to work with!
Chelle you are an inspiration to all! You are an incredible nurse always advocating for your patients, and not stopping until the care you give is excellent. You are always finding ways you can improve yourself, asking questions when you are not sure and seeking opportunities to learn more. You are an incredible role model, teaching and educating myself and others when necessary. The compassion and care that you show is incredible, always putting yourself in the families shoes and seeking what else you can do for these families. You are always there to support the wider MDT team in carrying out the best care possible. You adhere to all principles of nursing including showing justice when distributing care. Chelle you are amazing, keep doing what you are doing!
Chelle is an outstanding paediatric nurse who many admire. Chelle demonstrates such a fantastic work ethic, she will always support other people and lead by example for those to follow in her footsteps. Chelle will always advocate for her patients, and will ensure they have the best outcomes for any treatments and cares that they require. Chelle is AMAZING at prioritising her work load and demonstrates to others her best practice which they can then follow. Chelle inspires me to want to become a nurse, and I hope to one day be as amazing as her in her role! Chelle is a nurse who you can always count on when the pressures on the ward get heavy, the NIC can always count on her to help share the workload and delegate duties to those who can help out.
Chelle has been a massive part of bramble from when she started as a student nurse progressing onto qualifying a few years ago into a registered staff nurse. She has always put patient care as a priority into her work making the patients always feel safe and at ease. Chelle is also a very big team player who will do anything to help everyone and always pick up extra shifts when short staffed. She supports anyone that ask for help and is such a valued member of Bramble team. She always come into work with a positive attitude which always rubs off on others and Bramble would be lost without her.
