Becky always has our backs and pushes us to be better. She stands up for her team, especially her juniors, and we feel safe in her team.

After 22 years of children’s nursing , Becky has achieved a lot and is now developing her leadership role. Becky is a valued member of the emergency team and is supportive to all of the team. She is embracing new challenges and is proactive iin developing the paediatric ED team.

This person is strong and confident and she encourages and nurtures these traits in her junior staff. She works tirelessly to accommodate everyone’s off-duty and promotes fairness. She is always quick to laugh and smile and is a true role-model.

She is amazing at what she does, helpful, cam and kind. She has a real ability to lead her teams and is well respected by the clinical team. She supports the junior team members and acts as a positive role model.
