Lindsay has bulid up my confidence and knowledge. I used to second guess myself when working with children and young people, she does valuable training on her paediatric study day. She has helped me by teaching me about non mobile child, traumas, sepsis, mental health and alot more. She excels in her clinical skills and practice education. She excels in her clinical skills and education, she has incredible leadership skills and patient care.
I’m very thankful to have her, she has make me a stronger nurse within paediatric area.

Oh my gosh this women is amazing in so much ways. She goes above and beyond, she is always doing something and training someone. She has developed invaluable training in her paediatric study day and her safeguarding supervision and her SIMS. She is a friendly kind heart person and a valuable member of the time. She helps others grow and supports them thought they career. She is a beautiful person inside and outside, massive role model to many.

We need more lindsays in the world, she is a ray of sunshine. Lindsay is a positive proactive person, who shows her passion for her job. She advocate for her patients and the staff, she wants everyone to feel confident in the paediatric area and does supernumerary shift with lots of staff. She Spends so much time focus on the children and staff. I appreciate all the work you do, from working with CYP to teaching all the staff and your amazing paediatric study day.
