Reg you are a superb nurse always doing the best you can do for your patients. You inspire me to be a better nurse the way you advocate for your patients, especially those hospitalised due to declining mental health. You are not just a fab nurse but you are also fab to be around, you bring laughs and smiles during a difficult shift. You are more than happy to support the wider MDT team as well as helping and supporting myself, especially when I was newly qualified. Reg you strive to do your best in everything you do, showing care and compassion to those who need it the most. You recently helped a patient who had been struggling with their mental well-being, the way you de-escalated the situation and supported this patient bought a tear to my eye. You are wonderful and nothing is ever too much for you, keep doing what you are doing Reg.
