Since starting in her role as ward manager, Carly has always worked hard to provide a supportive working environment for staff. Carly is a friendly and approachable ward manager which has had a significant impact on improving both the welfare of patients and staff. Through supporting the wider team she has enabled the highest standards of care to be provided. Carly is an excellent role model and definitely someone who deserves this award.
