Hannah is an incredibly knowledgeable practitioner and is an exceptional support to us all in her role as Clinical Educator.
She is at all times approachable and offers guidance and support when and where needed, always help to build on our knowledge, skills and confidence.
Hannah will check-in with staff and is an advocate for positive working relationships, staff wellbeing and staff welfare.
Hannah is always calm in her manner, even when the ward is faced with huge pressures and high demands. This all has a positive impact on the team at all levels and as a result, has a positive impact on patients, their families and carers too.
Hannah is an excellent advocate for teaching on the ward, facilitating and encouraging learning for all.
