Rosie is always a pleasure to work with. During my first night shift as an ST1, she took me under her wing and supported me through every delivery and every review that I had to do. I will always be grateful for this. She goes out of her way ensure the wellness of her colleagues, as well as her patients and their parents. She is an excellent team player and her compassion always shines through. She is heavily involved in fund-raising for charities within our department, and the team wouldn’t be complete without her!
