Jasmine is a passionate advocate for the children and young people in her care. If anyone can get something to happen – it’s Jasmine!! She works with the most complex patient cohort, ensuring both their and their families wishes are listened to and acted on.
She co-ordinates care and complex discharges and keeps the whole MDT in shape.
The more I talk to Jasmine the more I find out about her extraordinary career achievements, from setting up free clinics in Africa to pioneering paediatric OPAT in our hospital.
I learn so much from Jasmine in MDTs, she asks salient questions and has such a huge breadth of knowledge to draw from.
This is a nurse who cares and I am extremely proud to call her my colleague.
