Thanks so much for helping me progress within my career. You have allowed me to set up workstreams and roll them out within the department, you have guided me from the very beginning. Your guidance really kept me on the right track, You’ve given me an opportunity to grow and learn new skills, which is something I’m so grateful for.
It’s really comforting to know that your door is always open and that I can come to you with questions or issues. After being involved with acute patient, you will always Debrief and answer all the questions that I have. We have been involved with mutiple situations with children & parents/careers, you show how caring and compassion you are and have heard how thankful they are. You have shown children in crisis how someone cares and what to support them.
I appreciate you answering all my 1000% questions and showing me what resources, Pathway and policies available.
You have taught me so much and continue to teach me. You have great leadership skills and have excellent patient centred care, always making the children and young people smiling. They feel you listen, you care and you can see the passion for being a nurse. Your a role model to many and have supported so many young people. Thank you for being an inspiration supportive person to my journey so far and will continue to do.
