April has always given exceptional care to a range of children. Originally starting as a sister in the neonatal unit to then becoming a clinical nurse manager (CNM)on bramble. She not only helps run Bramble ward she will always come and support staff and help cover breaks, do any jobs they need doing if they’re running behind and also be a perfect CNM to come talk to with any troubles.
April thrives on Bramble being an advocate for the mental health and eating disorder patients. She will always stay with them as a friendly face, help them understand plans and make plans with them to make their stay on bramble easier. Will always stay later if the patients feel like they need her. She also helps support the staff looking after these patients to make sure they are okay and they know the best techniques for that patient.
April has been a great addition to bramble since she started and we and the patient are lucky to have her.
