Sandy has always been an inspiration to me and the Louisa Cary team. She has that mother hen caring attitude and alway makes sure all the team are supported and cared for. Sandy has the wealth of knowledge about everything! There’s not any situation she’s not able to handle and always gives the best advice that has the patients best interest at heart. Sandy had previously been the ward manager for many years, but she couldn’t give up her love for the ward and team. so luckily for us, she decided to come back and work with the team as a very valuable sister. Will be forever grateful for the years of support and encouragement she has given us all.
