Tracey is such a wonderful member of the neonatal team. She is always smiling and approachable. Tracey works in multiple administration roles on the neonatal unit. No task is ever too much for her and she will always help the team in whatever way she can. She goes above and beyond for colleagues and the families on NICU and families are always happy to see her when they return to the unit to say hello. Tracey also spends her time encouraging fund-raising for the “Keep Me Close” charity and supporting families and encouraging peer support through the “Keep Me Close” Facebook page.
