Lara is a joy to be around, she is upbeat and bubbly. She is always smiling and is great with parents & families. You can see how busy she is whenever she is in and how she is always supporting everyone around her, she is great at introducing new members to the team. No job is to small for her and she tries her best to support everyone.
She is a key member of the team and is a ray of sunshine. Lara supports the families and has positive interaction with the young people on the ward.

Lara is incredible in so many ways. She is upbeat, bubbly and always smiling. Always asking how everyone is and talks to all the children who walk by. She is always supporting the staff when needed and if busy will go above to make sure tasks are done. She is great to talk to and just a genuine nice person through and through. I just love walking it and seeing her big bright smile.

Lara has been a wonderful addition to the Louisa Carey ward clerk team. She is hard working, dedicated and reliable. She has been innovative in how she has ordered and developed many of the ‘behind the scenes’ aspects to the ward. She shows great leadership qualities. Plus she is always so cheerful and welcoming to both patients and their families as well as the staff!

Lara is one of our ward clerks working in paediatrics. She is incredibly diligent, hard working and welcoming to all patients and staff. She greets everyone with a smile and is always a cheerful person to work with.
