She is lovely person to work alongside, always very friendly and polite. She always asks the healthcare workers how they are and is very professional. She adapts to the ward environment and has learned more about ED’s and why they have a specific menu. She always has their food trays ready as well as the rest of the wards food. She always checks with the nurse in charge of the patient if she cannot find them and is a pleasure to have on the ward.
