I haven’t worked with Laura for very long but she has been an amazing manager. She has empowered me to do my best and was incredibly understanding of my ADHD. Laura never made me feel like I was any less part of the team we work in or treated me any differently. She always made me feel like I was capable and that helped encourage me to continue working hard.

Welcoming me into the team this year and supporting me in my new role. Laura often asks staff how she can best support them and if more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have. Laura is always willing to help the team out and has gone above and beyond in helping out with patients especially with more challenging patients.
