Brooke is passionate about nutrition and her knowledge and expertise in this field has driven the unit to achieve nutritional goals for our patients. She is self motivated and keen to teach the medical and nursing teams to improve our nutritional care of our patients. Brooke is always willing to teach on the ward round and provide research for evidence based medicine. She really makes you consider nutrition as a high priority and to independently think about ensuring optimum management. She has a wonderful bedside manner with parents and ensure nutritional plans are in place for all babies on the unit.
