Charlotte is an excellent nurse. She is able to identify sick children quickly and escalate her concerns appropriately. She is a real team player and helps with students and her peers. She is always working, finding something to do in the immediate paediatric area or the wider Emergency Department. She is a joy to work with and a credit to paediatric nursing.
