Emma is a Ray of sunshine. Always smiling and wonderful to be around. She is always caring towards other members of staff. Her communication with families and their babies on the unit is outstanding. Always putting patient care first. Emma is always laughing and you know even if it is a tough shift, Emma will make you laugh in some way. She works very well as part of a MDT and is continuously gaining confidence within the setting in such a short period of time which is lovely to see.
